What Happens at Every Visit
About 30 to 45 minutes for an apartment, longer for villa systems
Test before
We measure TDS at your tap so you can see how the filters are performing.
Change what is due
Filters, cartridges or UV lamps that have reached their life are replaced.
Clean and check
Housings are sanitised, fittings tightened and every joint checked for leaks.
Test after
A second TDS reading confirms the result. You get a short report on WhatsApp.
AMC Questions
Can I get an AMC for a filter I bought somewhere else?
Yes, for most standard RO and whole-house units. The first visit includes a check of the unit. If parts are not available in the UAE we will tell you before you pay.
What happens if my unit leaks between visits?
Standard, Villa and Villa Plus plans include free call-outs for leaks and faults. Parts that are not covered by the plan are quoted before we fit them.
Can I pay monthly?
Plans are billed yearly. If you prefer monthly payments, ask about our rent-to-own packages, which combine a new unit and its maintenance into one monthly fee.
Is the RO membrane included?
Membranes last 2 to 3 years, so they are not part of the yearly filter set. When yours is due we tell you in advance and fit it at catalogue price.
