Installation Guidelines
Install on a flat, reinforced concrete base - minimum 150 mm thick
Ensure base is level within 5 mm to prevent uneven stress on the tank shell
Allow a minimum 300 mm clearance on all sides for inspection access
Use flexible connectors on all pipe joints to absorb thermal expansion
Inlet pipe should enter from the top; outlet from 100 mm above base
Vent all tanks to atmosphere - minimum 50 mm dia vent pipe
For rooftop installation, confirm structural load capacity before placement
Tanks should not be painted - the gel coat provides UV protection
